Chibog—named after Filipino slang for “to eat”—offered a contemporary take on traditional Filipino dining. Co-founded by Janine Barican and head chef Alex Yin, it highlighted bold, home-style flavors through elevated cooking. Signature dishes included sisig (crispy, sizzling pork), kare-kare (oxtail in peanut sauce), and kinilaw (tuna ceviche), often paired with craft cocktails.
